Detailed description of Legacy Golf Links

Legacy Golf Links is a Resort 18 hole golf course located in Aberdeen, North Carolina.

The Legacy Golf Links first opened for play in 1991. The course was designed by Jack Nicklaus Jr.

Legacy has been awarded 4 ½ stars by Golf Digest and was selected as one of the Top 50 golf courses in the country for customer service. I think what brings this course above other in the price range is the attention you receive from the staff. The starter will send off 10 groups and then he becomes the ranger for his group until you are finished.Their ranger carts carry fresh ice water and extra sand he/she actually help you look for lost balls, act as a spoter on blind shots. I find it hard to make any recomendations, you have to experience it to belive it.

Would travel: 30-60 Miles, Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I would play again, Better than average course for the area, Ranks with the best in this price level, Fair priced based on quality and competitive area pricing
